I am on a mission to master the preparation of rice.

I'll be on my third batch here soon. The first is kicking in the garage - I'm not sure how to make it palatable. The second is soaking, and I'll save the liquid in hopes of saving the nutrients - thank you google. basmati, basmati, jasmine.
